You're thinking about the Infancy Gospel of Thomas, which was written more than a 150 years after the death and Resurrection of Jesus.
Why was it kept out of the Bible? In part because it was written so many years after. But why would it be included, a LOT of writings aren't in the Bible. And why should they be?

The "Infancy 'Gospel' of Thomas" was omitted because it was written quite a bit later than the three synoptic Gospels (Mark, Matthew, Luke) and John and because it stemmed from a budding tradition called gnosticism that was later deemed heretical by the council of Nicea.
It was deemed a poor source of information on the historical Jesus because it was clearly written by someone who knew little about Hebrew culture except for what he (we don't know who wrote it) seems to have gleaned from his reading of the Gospel of Luke, which the piece was loosely based off of. There is no way it came from Apostolic tradition like the other Gospels.

Presumably, the gospels of which you speak were not included because they did not have the provenance of the four Gospels included in the Bible.
The writings in the Bible had to be authenticated, showing that they were written originally by the person presumed to have been done so. The gnostic and other gospels did not have that provenance.

Lost Scriptures Of The Bible.
The Gospels of Peter and Thomas are frought with inaccuracies, and their authorship could never be confirmed.
They do not align with the rest of the Bible, so the books have multiple problems dealing with authenticity.
That's why there were deleted.
More recently, the Gospel of Judas, and the DaVinci Code:
They're all fiction.

If you recall, Mary and Joseph, with Jesus in tow, had to flee to Egypt to avoid the slaughter of the children at the hand of King Herod. They did not return to Israel until they received word that all of those that sought the child's life were dead. It would be understandable that they would not retain a record of those years to avoid the chance that someone would be able to place Jesus in the vicinity of Bethlehem at the time when Herod ordered all male children two years and younger to be killed.

I have read in the Holy Bible four Gospels indicating that Jesus is the Son of God and the only way to heaven. By faith, I believe those to be true and all I need to know to receive the gift of salvation.
Perhaps you have read about or heard about this Jesus, the one described in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Did you ever wonder why do you feel the need to place your faith in other "gospels" of dubious origin that contradict the Jesus of the Bible? Is it "intellectual curiosity" or perhaps "wishful thinking" that Jesus isn't really who He said He is (the Son of God) so that you can ignore the rest of what He said about Himself, you, and your relationship to Him.
Why not first fully explore the Jesus of the Holy Bible. Then, if you still feel so compelled to research other versions of His life, you can perhaps understand more fully why those men under the guidance of the Holy Spirit carefully selected the 66 books of the Bible, rejecting those like the ones you reference because it will be obvious that they cannot be talking about the same Jesus; the biblical Jesus, the one who gave His life to ransom you from death.

i have read that there are flying saucers that don't make it true
Jesus lived a sinless life while he was on earth this totally goes against the bible i don't know what you read but i can see the effects of it that's why you have to be careful on what kind of garbage you read because there are lot of weird people that want you to think that those writing are true don't fall for that nonsense . ask god for the truth and you will not be disappointed

They're pretty much Gnostic forgeries. They weren't written by whoever is supposed to have written the other parts of the New Testament, and were omitted very, very early in the life of Christianity.

I believe they weren't included because his ministry didn't start until he was 30. He spent his life in Nazareth growing up like any typical Jewish boy. The basis of the Bible is to bring us to salvation. Although Jesus' younger years are undoubtedly important, they were not necessary to bring the message of salvation.

Your referencing the Gospel of Thomas. It was gnostic - the church deemed it heretical.
