okay i have several payday loans out and i wrote a couple of bad checks which ended up in telecheck and now theyre demanding money but i dont have a job or anything right now what does telecheck do????

You've really made some childish choices and what you can do is get your *** out of the house first thing every morning pounding pavement until you get a real, full time job.
I suspect this may be a ongoing problem for you.........based on what you've just said. You are in the habit of taking out payday loans without really being committed to paying them back. You write bad checks. You are unemployed. Your checks won't be accepted by anyone. It's going to take you full time and regular employment to put you in the position of paying back what you owe.
Your bad credit is something that will bleed over into other important areas of your life. Many employers will run a credit check before hiring you. Your auto insurance premium is based in part on your credit. Nobody will loan you money and you probably won't be able to even get utilities turned on in your name without a hefty deposit. Furthermore, you will probably be turned down my many property management agencies because they won't rent an apartment or house to a deadbeat.
You do have a serious problem, and your lack of maturity in this area is symptomatic of problems deeper than finances.
You should use this as a wake-up call, seriously. Turn your life around before this becomes YOUR LIFE.

How did you get a payday loan without a job?
Anyways, get a job as soon as possible so you can pay of those loans. Ask your parents for help on this one. I am not sure what telecheck is, but i think its then when the check goes through, it goes right to your bank, like a debit card.

Get a job as quickly as possible - try fast food places if you can't find anywhere else - and start paying off what you owe. You can be arrested for writing bad checks, and I'd guess you don't want that to happen!

My guess is they will try to get a judgement against you. At the very least you will not be able to write checks any more.
Don't write a check if you don't have funds to cover it. And don't borrow if you have no hope of being able to pay it back.

Get a job or two asap. I also listen to Dave Ramsey everyday. Try to find him on your local radio and he also has a show on fox business. He gives great money advice to people who find themselves in really bad shape financially. Good luck!!

they will appear on your credit report for 7 years and it will be hard to open up a account with any bank..
