Only when we know everything will we know the true nature of the universe (or should that be universes?) and the meaning of life. Only God knows everything, created the universes and gives life. He is therefore your one and only source for answers! Go knock on heaven's door and learn how to listen to Him! (Here's a starting clue: Jesus said, 'I have come that they might have life more abundantly' Jn 10:10.)

The meaning of Life is love, Nothing makes sense unless it has its foundation in love. Life, the universe and everything good is the expression of love.

God created the universe and everything including us to make Himself look good(to glorify Himself). Yes. He is a self centered God. We must give up our every other purpose of life. The only task remaining is to make God happy.

Well I can only offer my take on it, which may not be someone else's, so be it...
We are all One through God (Who is pure consciousness and energy). God split up into many units. We as humans have lost the realization that we are One through God, that God's Energy is in each of us, and everything in the Universe.
We are all on our individual journies of learning so our souls (which are all parts of one much bigger Soul) can rejoin God in total Oneness. That means we must get to a place of pure love and desire to merge with God, that we no longer feel the need for seperate identities.
So when loving others, we are really loving Ourself. When behaving rudely to others, we are really behaving rudely to Ourself, etc. That is why it is said: Treat others as you want to be treated yourSelf.
So the purpose as I see it is to learn lessons needed to perfect our "individual" slices of God Energy, and let go of the need for a seperate identity. When ready, we will merge back into the God Force, from whence we came. We really are just thoughts in the mind of God, from my perspective.
