usually the most educated people I meet are Atheists..and my Chinese friend is an Atheist..and the Chinese people I have known so far are not so serious about Christianity
(I have mixed Christian and Buddhist beliefs)

ALL early fairly uneducated people asked the same basic questions . Where am I ? , Who put me here ? Why am I here ? These are the same basic questions anyone would ask if you fell asleep and woke up somewhere else . It is human nature . The obvious "answers" are for the uneducated :
A "god" put me here . To serve him . Somewhere less desirable than where "god" lives .
This is pretty much the basis all all the religions of the would . The rest is all superstitions , politics , beuracracy , hype , imagination , and power control .

82% of the top scientist in the U.S. are Christians. This is the same percentage as the general population.
In a recent study it was found that Jews know the most about science. Liberal Christians come in second with Atheist a distant third followed by Conservative Christians.

I can speak a good amount of Chinese, and I'd have to say, yes. According to the knowledge I've gained, the words appear to be correct.
