Maybe it's a conspiracy, but not a conspiracy theory. He is not on the FBI wanted list for 9/11 and there is nothing YOU can do to change it!

The videos were hoaxes besides the first one with him saying that he did not do it and islam was a religion of peace

To charge someone for a crime there has to be proof that will, in this case, stand up in international court.

Because if you charge somebody then you have to give them a trial. This way they can just shoot him.
Besides, its a war. You dont take your enemy to court. Welll....Most of the time you don't.
