Is it at all possible for one field in MS Spreadsheet to link to a location on your computer?

For example, one cell says "Vacation in Florida" - can you make it so that if you click on that box, it takes you right to the folder or document that it's about?

Yes it is possible.

Right click on the cell and select "Hyperlink"

Navigate to and select the location or file you would like to link to and click OK.

That's it. Now when you click on contents of that cell it will open the folder or file you selected.
