Thanks for sharing everyone! It's hard for me to choose a "best" answer, so I'll let this go to vote. I really appreciate all of your answers.

I either celebrate as a solitaire, or sometimes with a specific group of other solitaires. We prepare a couple weeks in advance, (the biggest part is getting a permitt to burn a bonfire), figure a menu, and a place to meet. (Usually a civic hall or simillar place.
There we have a celebration, food, drink, (non alcoholic), have presents for the little ones, dancing and music. Later, before midnight, those who brought children, have sent the home with a sitter or older sibling, we gather in an open field, and begin our ritual. Lighting of the Yule log, more music and dancing, and magic that needs to be performed. I am not going into great detail, since a lot of this is personal.
It lasts until the sun comes up, and we welcome n the Sun King.
We also celebrate the secular christmas with family and friends.

Asatru Heathen - we celebrate all 12 nights from the Solstice to New Years. We start out with Mother's Night (the Solstice) with the Yule log, making a wreath and passing a horn around saluting our ancestors, the gods, our kin and family.

The celebrations continue each night until New Years when we stay up all night to greet the morning sun, burning the Yule Wreath and saving a bit of the ash from the Yule log for next Yule Solstice.

I'm with your other two Heathen answers. Start with Mothers night and run through the 12. I am having a party this year with pagans that we're going to sumbel at. It'll be fun. Yup offerings to Disir and by all means make Odin happy on his Hunt lol.

My own way, like I celebrate all holidays. I mean, the major appeal to me is how personal paganism is. I get to follow my gut, rather than copy a bunch of other people.

Although you couldn't tell my celebrations from Christmas ones ;-) I have specific reasons for everything I do.

As a Norse Pagan I do the 12 nights thing, starting with Mother Night when I do blot to honor the Goddesses and the Disir and then continue to make offerings to Odin as He rides on the Wild Hunt to it's conclusion and then it ends on New Year's. I generally just eat a lot LOL.

We celebrate with a ritual in which the Oak King 'kills' the Holly King. The Oak king then brings back the sun to heat & warm the Earth.
Then we have 'cakes & ale.' After the ritual, we have a huge dinner & enjoy the fellowship of friends on a cold night.

Since I'm the only pagan in my family, I have my own ritual, and then celebrate a somewhat secular Christmas with my family (I'm also the only person following a specific religion in my family as well).
