Sometimes you can see evidence that there was a world wide flood by samples of marine fossils found in deserts and mountain tops from various places. You can learn that the Geological Column since it has never been found as presented in books and is depicted on charts or graphs because actual pictures cannot be used to since it does not appear in nature. The strata levels are presented to show that since about 95% of them are sedimentary (meaning that they are the result of water having run over them) which is more in line with a global water catastrophy. You can see models of the 'Cambrian" rock level which is considered to be the lowest strata where fossils are found to contain most major families of species which points to special creation rather than evolution. You will see models of DNA which show that the information encoded in there shows a language which is evidence of intelligence and purpose rather than random forces. You might see pictures of a T REX that was excavated a few years ago which contained whole red blood cells and soft tissue which points to a very early date of existance rather than the usual millions of years. Also you may see charts which show that the popular radiometric dating methods do not include the recent discovery that helium's radioactive decay rate comes out to about 6,000 years of existance for that element when found in rocks and that other decay rates such as the popular uranium ones show that an accelarated decay has taken place disproving the billions of years often cited.
Of course there will also be displays in regards to the Bible such as a geneological record from it showing that from Adam (in the garden of Eden) to now is about 6,000 yrs of history. There are other scientific and biblical evidences shown but this is what you may find.
