Who is our "king?"
I Peter 13-17:

Ouch, hate to think of this considering all of the corruption in our political system.... If the mayor is subject to the governor and the governor to the senate and congress and they to the the presidents veto....Bush? He doesn't really seem to fit the description, now does he?

I belief that in 1776 we fought a war until 1789 to end having a king in this country. It was called the revolution. Maybe you heard about it. It was in all the papers and has made all the history books.

There is no King or any kind of monarchial status. Our fore-fathers made sure of that by making this country a Republic.
