I like this girl who laughs every time I talk to her cuz I make her laugh (every time) and when her friend smiles at me it's like for 1 sec but when she smiles at me it's like for 10 secs and she got to know me a little, and I said I liked her, but she doesn't like me, and I can't let go cuz I think I'm in love. What should I do?

I'd really say let it go. If she doesn't like you there's no point wasting your time. It's hard to do but try to get out and do things, perhaps there's another girl who may have shown interest in you but you blew her off because of the girl you liked? Take her out and spend some time with her and you may start to feel differently.
For now just try to be cool with her and don't fawn all over her and be overly flirtacious. Just act natural and be friends and maybe she'll realize she was wrong.

Just keep on making her laugh. This is a good sign. Depending on how long you have known this person, I would get her # and call her and ask her out to the movies. Talk to her on the phone and get to know what she likes and hang out.

Make a move if she doesn't have a bf. Life is too short to be shy about things. Also be yourself. Nothing is worse than a relationship that's a lie.

shes not interested in you, simple as that, so how about doing something interesting to make her interested in getting to know you more, try that, but dont stand and stare smile, she'll smile back, but thats all you will get, or simple if that does not work, move on find someone who will be interested.

Follow her everywhere. Sneak out of your house at 2 in the morning, go to hers and call her on her cell phone and tell her to look out her window. Burn you name into the ground with gasoline outside her house.

Calm down take it slow. Win her over being sweet and sincere. If you take your time you may realize that you're not in love at all. Or maybe you'll realize that you truly are in love and then she'll realize that she's in love too.

haha it just depends on how old you are... in your case im guessing all you need to do is put yourself out there.. and let her know that you really do like her and want to be with her

If you blurt out i like you that some times don't do . You need to be romantic. find out what kind of flowers she likes, or perfumes. be interested in her but not to much if you know what I mean

i think its non of my business, but cause you put this question here well this is what im going to say:
well she shows u signs liked she liked you right
but when u told her that you like her and she said no
well that means u should just let it go
i went through that to
and it hurted cause she showed me signs that she liked me
but were just lies
or (to keep your hopes up)
maybe she is just playing hard to get
