Fresh fruits and vegetables, meats that don't have additives (you would need to ask your butcher whether it's added to their meat or not). Generally if you stay away from processed foods, you'll be staying away from high fructose corn syrup. The purpose of the syrup is to increase shelf life but they've gone overboard and added it to things that never were supposed to have sugars in them - like meats. Read the labels on the meats and if it's not listed or you see zero carbohydrates, then it's not in there.

But raw fruits and veggies definitely don't have it.
