My ear feels like it has fluids in it...I have not been swimming at all and I do not know what the cause is. When i pull at it it is extremely noticeable, and I hear/feel clicking. It doesn't hurt at all though.

I was also running last Thursday or Friday in very windy/coldy conditions so I'm not sure if that contributes at all.

Based on the preliminary description, sounds like a classic start up of ear infection which causes fluid build-up and then results into pressure. Some old fashion remedy to release the pressure and reduce the likelihood of developing further along may be 1-2 drops of clove oil in the affected ear. Tip your head to allow it to soak in for about 5-10 minutes and then tip it the other way to allow fluids to drain out. You may want to lay a old terry towel across your pillow at night as sometimes draining can still continue. Repeat for the next 2-3 nights or discontinue if you feel it resolved it earlier than that. I have used that in the past for myself and son and prevented many trips to the doctor thanks to my grandmother imparting that "old wives tale". It is very part of my first aide kit along with the band-aides and Ipecac. However, if it continues, then you should still see your family physician to ensure not more serious infections may be cooking up that you may not be aware of. I still believe wind whistling by the ears can aggravate an ear infection although some physicians deny the fact. So next time you run, get those ear openings covered to lessen the wind and cold from adding to the problem. Clove oil in an eye dropper bottle can be located usually in the over the counter pharmacy area near the Murex ear wax removal. Good luck and much prayers!

See the doctor. You need not have ear pain, red eyes, or even a fever to have an ear infection.

Recently my daughter was complaining about her ear feeling blocked. It took a week to remove the wax build up, and when she saw the doctor again they were able to see the infection. My daughter did not have a fever, ear pain, or any other symptoms besides the fluid feeling.

If your eyes are red, yes it's an ear infection.

Probably sinus congestion. All that stuff is connected. Try some Sudafed.
