Any type of clear, sweet sauce will do.

Bing cherry sauce; orange sauce, etc.

I don't mind giving recipes, BUT I have ONE HUGE situation:
I "go off on a tangent" and explain how to properly prepare the ingredients for the recipe.

My recipes tend to be pages long.

I'm sure if you went on-line and did a search for those sauces I mentioned and clear, sweet sauces, you should get some recipes.

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

An apple cider sauce is really good...
Pour juices from roasting pan through a fine-mesh sieve into a small heavy saucepan. Skim off fat and bring to a boil.

Whisk together 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1/4 cup cider, then whisk into boiling sauce and boil, whisking, until slightly thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.

Or you could do a nice mushroom sauce...

1/2 stick butter
1 pound button mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup brandy
Chopped fresh parsley
Melt butter and add mushrooms and onion. Sauté over medium heat until mushrooms begin to brown, about 12 minutes. Add cream and brandy. Boil until almost thickened to sauce consistency, about 8 minutes. Add parsley and serve.

Enjoy!

Besides cranberry, rum raisin. More common with ham but good with turkey. Less traditional would be Mexican mole.
I have also served a cherry sauce.
Melt 1 12oz jar plum jam over low heat. add 1 can sour pie cherries, drained. Mash the cherries in the jam. I like to serve it with flaming brandy on top for show.
