Buddhism (my religion) can seem that way at first.
The thing is, many people are attracted to Buddhism because they think of it as some free-wheeling excuse to get high, have sex and not be bound up by conventional thought...
That's probably not the best way to look at it though.
We advocate NOT repression or denial, but rather a deeper understanding and a freedom from the abuse of sex and the need for it - which holds many people hostage and unable to feel happy because sex has become like an addiction or a necessity for them.
There are many reasons people have sex.
Sex without love or compassion is not the Buddhist way.

You ask about major religions... but I can tell you at least that Christianity isn't repressive. Christianity shows you the sanctity of sexuality, as an expression of love in marriage. There is absolutely no restraining in marriage. That is why man shall leave his father and mother and unite with his woman, and both shall be one flesh.

Bible based Christianity is not.
When I was in college a Christian speaker came to town talking about Maximum Sex.
And two friends of mine heard this, got married and then had four children.
So they must have practiced what he preached, after all where else did those kids come from?
And he became a full time member of the clergy.

Most religions are about some level of self control so by modern standards they are sexually represive.

If you mean, "Do they restrict sex to a married man and his wife" I'd say yes. Within marriage, sex is a good thing. Otherwise it can create devastating problems like disease, abortion, neglected children, broken families, etc. I prefer God's idea of how it should be expressed.
