I also go to college and as painful as this is going to sound if she has not give you a VERY STRONG HINT that she likes you is because she probably does not like you. Now it does not mean that you do not have any chances... a good way to find out is invite her out and see how she reacts if she says yes keep observing during the date and then keep inviting her.. if she likes you she will give you that very strong hint I am talking about if she does not just save some time and start looking somewhere else there is like 1000000 hot girls in most of the colleges.

She will flirt. Trust me that is what all girls do. If she's really into you. Or if she's shy and it's hard to tell ask her out. NO DON"T DO IT ALONE. Do it a group date so she doesn't know if you like her. Then kind of get closer to her at the date. If she responds with the smile or something then she soo likes you. and your in!! good luck

females have their own unique idea of how to tell a male that all she thinks about is him... some are quiet and some are loud... there are so many ways to tell, but the boy has to be interested and sensetive enough as to look deep inside and be friends first.... get too know them
