I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question but from what you have eaten, I don't know what kind of diet you are on.

First, is a Christmas orange a real orange or one of those chocolate oranges you bang on the counter?

You need to eat more food than you have listed but different kind of food. If you eat too little food, your body will go into starvation mode and cause you to turn what you eat to body fat to keep from starving.

Now, with that said, here are a few hints to get you on the right track. I don't know if you are doing your "diet" to lose weight or keep weight off.

Carbohydrates burn really fast in your body and cause your blood sugar to rise. It may give you a rush of energy but then leave you feeling tired not much after eating.

The carbohydrates in your meal that you have listed is the spaghetti noodles, the crackers and the raisins. The orange has some but it has more fiber (if it's a real orange). If the orange is candy then it's all carbohydrates.

When a diabetic (a person who has trouble dealing with carbohydrates that cause their blood sugar to rise) wants to lose weight, they cut the carbs and go more for vegetables, meats trimmed of fat and a very small amount of fruit - like 1/2 apple at a time.

If you changed your eating pattern to the above, it will help you get the vitamins and minerals you need. Dairy helps too - cheeses and milk.

Here's the information I do know about what you ate:

1 c raisins = 580 calories, 138 grams carbohydrates
Premium unsalted crackers (5)= 60 calories, 10 grams carbohydrates
spaghetti & meatballs in tomato sauce = apx 220 calories, 28 grams carbohydrates
1 Orange (if fruit) = depending on the kind of orange, the calories can be anywhere from 59 to 69 calories and 14.4 to 17.4 grams carbohydrates.

Hope that helps. Please change your eating habits. It's your life and can make a different in how long you are able to live healthy.
