Do you put your ingiedients in the maseca tortilla, cook the stuffed tortilla on the griddle, and then fry it?

NO. I fry then fold and stuff. How would you keep the filling inside?
If I just want tortillas though i just throw them on an ungreased griddle until hot and have a few black spots.
