Radical Islam has a lot more adherents and also tends to be a lot more Radical then anything the Christians have now (although that's mainly because even the most Fundamentalist Christians are now using humanist morality for many purposes).
OTOH the Fundamentalist Christians have a lot of power in the US right now (power that is fading fast as religion disappears) which has the world's most powerful military so they have the potential to do a lot of damage if they can hold onto power.
Both of them pose a threat and need to be eliminated but Islam will probably remain a threat for longer.

Your biggest problem is thinking that the KKK and The Nazi Party are Christians. The KKK were part of the democrat party and still are. The american Nazi Party joined the democrat party back in the 60's. They are all socialists. They have nothing to do with being a follower of Jesus Christ. Radical Islam is a Satanic Religion just like Socialism is. So Radical Islam is more dangerous than Radical Christianity since they want your soul for Satan, were as the Christians want your soul for Jesus. It is your choice where you want your soul to end up.

Its incorrect for saying its Radical Islam or Radical Christianity
For devoted followers of both religions are good people, not adverse to violence.
Its the people who use religion to justify their action, is the real threat. That is wrong in any way you look at it. These are the people that sullied both the Islam name and the Christianity, yet the society of the world never care to really look beyond what the media reports. And the media is being used by these people who used religion to further their own iniquities, also use the media to propagate their own paradigm, their own prejudice.
To colour everybody else in the said religion as the same all over is wrong. Its injustice. But as a native proverb I heard once, Just because one bull carries filths, everybody else gets a smudge.
"The closest unto you among the People of The Book in their love for God, is the Christians."
Why would we hate you Christians when you would be our friend instead, as suggested by God Himself?
Both religion as I know it, never teaches its followers to violence. And the case where you get the misguided interpretation of The Noble Quran that says violence is the solution to anything, its the intrument of those who use religion to further their own hatred. Its a biased opinion.
I have studied the Noble Quran throughout 30 years of my life, never did I came across a verse that asked me to be become a murderer. In fact, its a cardinal sin, punishable by death. An eye for an eye, a life for a life. The same punishment as in the conventional law.

Let's not be politically correct.
For sheer numbers of fundamentalists and their modern legal thinking, I pick:
Radical Islam --
The majority of Christians respect the United States
Constitution and would not force their beliefs onto others. Even the radical ones support freedom of religion. The same is true for the majority of Muslims in this country.
But it is not so with radical Islam -- convert and you are dead, according to some varieties of Shariah law. Are we forgetting that a rape victim in Saudi Arabia will suffer 200 lashes? It would be a miracle if even half of Pakistan or Afghanistan could become like 19th century Western Europe, for all of its faults. Note that entire countries of Muslims follow barbaric religious codes, unlike the Christian fringe, who keep to themselves and finance their own churches.

Do you want me to post a death toll of each?
10,000 terror attacks since 9/11 in the name of Islam (a word that mens "peace")
At least the majority of Christians CONDEMN acts of violence done in the name of Christianity by impostors, and would turn in any radicals of such persuasion. Try saying the same thing regarding Islam.
Why doesn't the Islamic majority in the United Nation condemn the thousands of terrorist acts perpetrated by those of their faith? Because Muslims cannot judge other Muslims. Only Allah can judge them.
Yet when it comes to judging the infidel, there are no holds barred. They can set off bombs in buses and in markets, burn churches because of cartoons, sentence converts to death and thousands of other acts around the world--all with impunity.
Now, let us contrast this attitude with what the Bible teaches. 1 Corinthians 5:11-13 "For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges."
This is the polar opposite to Islam. The Bible teaches that the Christian is to judge the actions of other Christians and call them on the carpet if they are doing ANYTHING unbiblical. However, those who are NOT believers, the Christian is to leave alone, that only GOD will judge them.
So if Islam chose today to standup and condemn every single act of terror and violence committed in the name of Allah, you would see this attitude change overnight.
bestonnet_00 - The United States is the only country that spends BILLIONS of taxpayer money (Christian and non) to rebuild the conquered country. This without forcing the hand to change religions, but leaving free choice open without threat of being "beheaded". Ask the same question regarding Islam and the Sudan and other conquered countries. Though your argument was well stated, history is not on your side.

Neither for the word radical makes them equal to each other. Both, because of their radicalism have distorted their faiths respectively.

Neither. Its all the humans that run around professing to believe in things that are rarely related to the real ethos of that belief system that are really dangerous. These same people could believe in anything and make it evil!
