All the branches of the Armed Forces (not brands) enlist both males and females. They also allow both genders to apply for officer programs.
At present, nobody forces anybody to join. If there is a draft, if that's what you mean, I'm not sure if women will be exempt. Historically they have been.

There are females (enlisted and officer) in all branches of the U.S. military (and U.S. Coast Guard) in most positions (some exceptions of course).

Yes you can enlist. Except women cannot be on the front lines fighting. That last tidbit is at least to my knowledge
