Be sure to not let the bread split too much on the top!

You could do some fancy curls of zucchini peel, or even some lemon rind twists.
If you are plating slices, a sprig of mint in the corner is typical but pretty none the less.

Sprinkle it with Turbinado sugar. It will give it a sparkle and be crunchy on top.
