Although Fact is true, it is not the TRUTH! - clue no. 1
Clue no. 2 - That is why not all who said they are "Christian" are really Christian !
Clue no. 3 - That is why not all who professed to by "atheist" are really atheist ! What say you all?

Clue no. 4 - Although the fact is true - THE FACT ITSELF IS NOT THE TRUTH; it is only a manifestation of the Truth which made it a scientific fact. So what is TRUTH?

Maguyver's version is a little expansion of Faithful's but still does not explained why it is so.
Can you see now why there are so many hypnotized Christian, hypnotized Atheist, hypnotized religious nuts?
If one can find the answer to this Question, they would have seen God for themselves and not from external source. Did you get hidden clue?

WHAT SAY YOU ALL? - You've heard of the Manufacturer's Code; But have you heard of the Creator's Maker's Code in all of His .
Creation (All created things testifies to His code) Do you know this ?
Do you question this? Have you found your own personal code?
DNA is the Fact and is true but is not the Truth. Think on that will you?
All creations includes the Universe, Darkness and Light, Inanimate and Living creatures, Angels or Men bear His Mark - The Maker's Ownership code. All without exception. Who are you (the creatures and created being) to challenge Him - The Creator, Law Maker and The All in All ?

The hidden clue, I believe, without having read the other answers, is that you have capitalized 'Truth'. When you do that, and you're talking philosophy, you're hearkening back to Plato's "Forms". The perfect truth, the truth that is all truth, is Truth.
The fact comparison is strange to me. facts and Truth actually have little to do with one another. Facts are relative to the time and space someone is in. Truth is relative to Nothing.

I think I may grasp what you are trying to teach us, but am not sure. Let me summarize what I think you are saying; it is logical to me and makes sense:
Fact: Person A is a baptized church member who goes to every church event, donates to people all the time, a Christian.
Truth: Person A has never read the entire bible, cheats on his income taxes, employs felons in hopes they will help him run a shady business, pays and uses prostitutes, is not behaving in a Christian way.
Truth: Person A is still a Christian.
Is this the idea, or am I still not getting it, how the fact is the truth?

Fact is human conception. Truth is God based.
Example: It is a fact that the world is flat: was proved later that it was not. Therefore the facts changed.
It is true that water is liquid. This is true indeed and there is nothing that can be changed about this. Because God created water and all elements of it.

Truth changes from person to person. Fact cannot.
People wrongly state things as fact. People used to say it was a fact that the world is flat. However, we now believe that the world is round. Anything that we consider to be fact must be taken into consideration as our own truth.

Truth is made up of a number of facts:
-Facts are the details of truth.
-Untruths are facts. (It is a fact that he lied)
-Non-facts are truth. (It is true that I imagined)
And the fact is that all are searching for truth. Now, if fact and truth be the same thing, we are only searching for ourselves. If they are not, then we must ask ourselves whether truth is a fact, otherwise our search is futile.
