The key to eliminating dark circles really is exercise. You like most people might have a condition known as Naso-jugal Fold – [you can easily get this fixed now a days – website on the bottom in source.] But it’s caused by fat in the back of your eye that is pushing up wards which created the dark shadow look you may be experiencing which kind of makes your face look more tired and perhaps your eyes as well look hollow. I myself have this problem but I exercise regularly and it’s virtually disappearing. I tend to sweat under my eyes like crazy – sweat glands. And my eyes look better. If it really bugs you try running for 48 min for a straight week and it should get better plus it’ll boost your self confidence greatly – with time, also watch your diet – my face tends to gain weight way faster then the rest of my body for some reason. Always keep hydrated – helps the under eye area look 10% more refreshed. Or if you’re not interested at all in fitness you could go get what’s called a eyelid operation called blepharoplasty to correct the problem, but when fat is removed during the Blepharoplasty, the dark circle or Naso-jugal Fold and hollow appearance can be made worse. But really if you look around, go to the gym – you don’t see hardly anyone with that problem – really exercise is the key, but then again not always.

ok i agree with viatmins, those will help your levels up, try the good old cucumber slices on the eye, it should help with that little bit of puffiness, i know it doesnn't look puffy but it's your bodies way of puffiness, then in the mornings after you wash your face dab a little preperation H(yes, hemmoriod cream) under the eye-lightly dab don't over do it!!! then procede with your make up rotine as normal, keep in mind that you should be doing your foundation then your conceler not the other way aroudn. then if the under lid still seems noticable you can always try doing a shadow effect along the nose to help lighten the under eye. hope this helps!

I have always had them too. But sorry concealer is only thing that works. You must buy the right one and also apply foundation after you apply concealer. Cold compresses and try to wear white or cream colored eye shadow and mascara only on top lashes to distract your attention.

If you have been to an allergist it is probably time to find a good otolaringologist (ear, nose and throat specialist). There is a good chance you have a sinus problem that needs to be addressed.
