There is no "Admiral of the Navy". What you are asking is who is the CNO, Chief of Naval Operations. That is Admiral Gary Roughead.

Admiral Roughead is, in his capacity as CNO, on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is also from the Navy, Admiral Michael Mullen, but he is not the head of the Navy.
