Where I'm somewhere in my neighborhood, and theres strange people i don't know or there "bad guys". and I try to run but i can't! its like im trying to run in slow motion. and i try to scream but i cant! i jut open my mouth and nothing comes out! I have no idea what thi could mean though...my neighborhood isn't bad, im not scared of it or anything.

I would bet that you are eating chocolate during the day of evening, or something else that disturbs your sleep. This is a common dream that people have when something is really bothering them.
You might also be a "highly sensitive person" and need to avoid exciting/stimulating activities (negative TV or reading) in the evening. Try some happy relaxing things before bed.
We are all different. You need to experiment and figure out what is bothering YOU.
