Nicely done dude! Now let's see if we can help a brother out. Think about any comedy clubs that might be in the area. You can check the local yellow pages or the newspapers for local happenings. What ever you do don't take her to the movies. You wont be able to talk and get to know her better and the first date should be one where the two of you can get to know a little about each other. Dinner is also a good idea, or look for a wine and cheese that might be going on. Typically you can find them at art museums or local galleries which might have an opening featuring a particular artist. If you take her to a restaurant, a carriage ride afterwards would be a nice touch if you can do that. Use your imagination and check out the papers. I hope it turns out to be really nice. This could be the beginning of something great! ;-)

If its a first date you want to do something where you guys can talk and get to know each other. Take her out to eat somewhere and then go play putt putt or to a drive in movie or something fun that doesn't put a ton of presure on the date. I wouldn't want to go too romantic on the 1st date though..but it also depends on how old you are

Heavens!!! Take her to a nice restaurant or movie and dinner... something simple but relaxed... and a lil on the romantic side... u might give her a rose or something like that. And at least a lil peck on the cheek when the date is finished!!! Good luck for tonight.

Congrats!!
How about a nice midpriced restaurant? Nothing says I'm a man on the move like a trip to Red Lobster! (J/K--take her to a nice restaurant though definitely.)
Could you help me with my question too?

A movie would be something casual yet romantic. You should go to the movie theatres.
