I got my ACT scores back and I did fairly well, but not in the science section.
My scores were as follows: Science: 22, Math: 26, English: 33, Reading: 33, Composite: 29.
I am going to a good college and I was planning on majoring in a science and then going to dentistry school. Is my score in the science section indicative of my ability to do well in college science courses or on the dental admission test (DAT)?

LOUIS,

BECAUSE THE DAT TEST IS ABOUT COMPREHENSION AS WELL AS VISUAL SKILLS, YOU HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF MAKING IT.
TRY MAJORING IN BIO-CHEM. AS THIS WILL MAKE THE SCIENCE IN DENTISTRY EASY TO GRASP.
DOING WELL ON THE DAT, WILL DETERMINE IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED IN DENTAL SCHOOL. THERE YOUR COMPREHENSIVE SKILLS WILL BE TESTED DAILY. THERE IS MUCH TO COMPREHEND.
