Wine spritzer maybe. I am not sure of calorie counts, I only drink on my cheat days and then work out more the day after.

IT IS THE ETHYL ALCOHOL (SPIRIT) CONTENT OF DRINKS THAT ADD TO THE CALORIES.1GM.OF ALCOHOL GIVES 7 CAORIES.FLAVOURING AGENTS HAVE NO CALORIE VALUE.100 ML. OF DRINK OF ANY VARIETY CONTAINS ABOUT 45-50% OF ALCOHOL.THERE IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE IN ALCOHOLIC CONTENT OF BRANDY,WHISKY,VODKA ETC. WHAT COUNTS IS THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL YOU TAKE.(WINE AND GIN CONTAIN LESSS ALCOHOL)
WISEST THING IS STAY AT HOME AND TAKE PLAIN WATER IN SIPS.

Water with a twist of lime.
If you don't want to "sit there while everyone else drinks", then I suggest you grow up and stay home.

Gin and tonic is very low. If you're bold enough to with straight vodka, that'll be the lowest.
