Two year ago I was traveling by car with my family and we all saw the dark shape of a person and a dog standing next to the road, they were all black. It was around 3:00 in the afternoon. My father simply said that it was some lost soul and kept driving, but since then I haven´t stop asking my self what really was that. The road where we saw this creature was near to a cementery. We aren´t religious people, so we only know a little about the bible, but I was thinking that maybe other faiths have some answer to this.

No, it wasn´t somebody wearing black clothes nor walking a black dog. It was like a 3D shadow, completly black, and it didn´t move. It was a very sunny afternoon and this thing wasn´t standing near anything that could be casting a shadow over it.

I believe we are always to some degree connected to the spiritual realm. In our sleep, our spirit will leave our body often, enter the spiritual realm, and return before we wake. That is why dreams can seem really real is because the are, but in the spiritual realm. In the spiritual realm one can connect with both spirits of the living and of the dead. When we die, our spirit leave our body and again is in the spiritual realm. It will after a while, want to return to the right fresh body, and to the material realm, it is so use to. I believe in reincarnation of the continuous type, that respects the struggle of this reality in this universe. And understands how this reality, can bring out the most in the human spirit, and in human potential. A focus on handling the problems of this world is important, and will help one in future lives.

I don't know if anyone knows for sure what you saw. It sounds like a common apparition popularly called 'shadow people' (can also be animals). They could be from a different dimension or realm because they appear and disappear. They could be any number of things. Even though it's a mystery to me, I've never heard a better explanation than this.

Ecc 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

A man and his dog.

A figure of speech, some lost soul.

Could have been anything... Anyway, no matter what anyone says, all propositions as to what is beyond the grave are simply guesses... None of them have a greater probability of being true, this is a fact.

My answer: It was someone wearing black, walking their black dog near a cemetery.

Still, that would freak me out. I hope you come to an understanding about this

i'll go into existence, and probably eventally through sheer dumbfounding luck get revived like, a quadrillion years from now or something. Stupid Idea, I know, but hey.

Unless we CAN bring forth some hard facts, I can't say anything.

Death brings a cessation of all biological process and the onset of decomposition. The "spiritual" you dies with the body. Without more information on what you saw that afternoon, it's impossible to say for sure what it was but it wasn't a lost soul.

Somewhere an african american with his black dog was sobbing about the death of jimmy... and praying to god that he would be recieved well. Sometimes, things are just normal things, not religious signs.

My aunt died and went to Hell. Fortunately, she was able to come back for a few months. Hopefully she found her way to a better place the second time through.

Everything can be explained scientifically, including that 'dark soul' and death. When we die, or brain can not work, therefore, we have nolonger have consciousness. Like sleeping, but without dreams.
