Does anyone know where I can find all the uniforms with their pictures and what they use them for.
The ones now.
My boyfriend is in it and I've only seen a couple.

Here's the very BEST site that exists:
http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/sites/mcub/library/MCUR/URCH2.htm#UR2000
Whenever in doubt about a military matter, always consult the official regulations. This is a chapter of the OFFICIAL UNIFORM REGULATIONS MANUAL for the USMC. It even has color photos. Semper Fi!

Go to the biggest city where you live and then the best hotel in town. Take a look at the Bellhop and you will have a good idea of what a Marine uniform looks like. :-)
EX Navy, 1959-1963. They called us Squids. We called them "Seagoing Bellhops" and a few other things. If it wasn't for us they would have never gotten anywhere. Of course they will tell you the only reason we had a Navy was to transport the Marines.
Tell that to your boyfriend and I will bet the light headed rivalry is still going on.
I have not heard of any attempt to change the Marine uniform and I hope they don't. It is classic. They have over the years tried to change the Navy uniform but keep going back to the cracker jack jumper, which I hope they never change.
Anyway, any picture you find of a Marine dress uniform on the web is good, it has not changed for many years.
No matter what he is still Jarhead. I know I am still a Squid.
But we both served our country.

Marine Corps Uniform Regulations (latest edition)"
I believe there are some new restrictions on your Marine wearing his Utilities (took effect early September, I believe) and other possible changes since then. For general information purposes, it’s fine.

hey, we have 3 different uniforms:
dress uniform:
its the black coat with blue pants, if your above a corporal theres a read stripe down the sides. it is worn with white gloves and a large white hat called a garrison cover. Its the only one you wear your medals on. If your above corporal you also wear a sword. we only wear it about once a year at the marine corps ball.
Service uniform: its the green one with tan shirts
battle uniform: its camoflauge

Hi,
If you go to Sgt. Grit (sells Marine Corps stuff mostly) and ask there, there are lots of knowledgeable folks who will mostly be glad to give you the answers.
