Are you talking about some governor's empty promises that your school taxes would go down if some new tax of his, or casinos, became legal in your state? Aren't you a little old to believe in the Easter Bunny, or a politician's promises?

Do you live in PA? Mail in your homestead forms, but don't hold your breath waiting for your taxes to decrease. OK, so call me a cynic.......

Politicians are like prostitutes. You hire (elect) them to lie to you and screw you ( with taxes).
No taxes will ever be "taken off". At best it will be taken off of property tax and added on to income taxwhich will probably wind up costing you more.
