this guy seems to like me (he touches me alot- hes put his arm around me and always seems happy when im around and talks to me quite alot at times...)
He has my cell phone number and never texts me !!!
when i text him back he says short answers most of the time and then just stops texting me !
But once i called him a clever girl (inside joke) and he didnt text back..... then the next day at school he said to me 'ur weird Hayley u called me a girl'
whats going on and what should i do, i dnt text him that often...
and in my country its 10 buks a month for 2000 texts... and EVERYONE does it !

Why didn't you tell him it was a joke? Personally, I don't think being called weird is an insult...but maybe that's because I AM weird.
Maybe he just doesn't know how to react to you. Just keep talking to him, and see how he responds. (I would forget texting, though.)
