I haven't read a lot of his erroneous beliefs, but from what I've seen, I believe that he believes that we may be atheists, but we still believe in a faith based, vengeful sky boss, just that we deny that the sky boss exists.

He's really going overboard with this, isn't he? I mean to actually ask for Scientific evidence for Atheists... now that's nuts. You can tell he's getting ready to have a Yahoo Meltdown.
