what is the best skin lightener?

i have dark acne scars that make my skin very uneven, i want to even out my skin ( not nessesarily make me much lighter) is there any thing that works fast? what affects will using it have on my skin?

i have dark skin (I am black and Irish, but i am on the darker side for a biracial person)

when i had dark acne scars before,
a mild skin lightening soap got rid of the pigmentations;
i also used the lightening cream to hasten the results;
eventually, the products have lightened my overall skin tone too. :-)

Try raw or plain yogurt mixed with a little lemon juice and/or honey left on as a mask for 10-15 min. 2 or 3x a week. Over time while using it your skin will even out and lighten.

try ambi. make sure to read the directions though, because some people make get a rash from it. i did. but in general you would have to use it for at least 8 weeks to see an effect. for something faster, you should consult with a dermatologist.
