Well the reason there are races IS because of evolution.. so I don't know what kind of answer you're looking for. BUT, not in that short amount of time.
The flood didn't happen, to put it simply.

It's also interesting that apparently the descendents of Noah moved into the regions of China, Egypt, Australia and North America formerly occupied by sinners prior to the flood, and somehow perfectly recreated their cultures, right down to the writing systems, religious beliefs, and different levels of technology without missing a beat in their chronological histories.
Then, they also presumably split into the diverse ethnic heritages we see today.
You'd think they would have been too busy trying to put all the marsupials back in exactly the right spots in Australia and South America, and getting exactly the right species of blind cave beetle into exactly the right specific caves across the world to bother recreating those societies that God had already decided to wipe out, but I guess Noah's kids were a pretty ambitious lot.

Noah lived what 900 some years? Yes many races out of one. DNA proves we all stem from one small family. We have black Jews. Remember the exodus from Africa?

Noah has three sons. Each son had a wife.
Noah and his sons were very similiar...but it says nothing about what Noah's sons wifes looked like.
We know this.
Decendants of Ham settled in the Southern region...now referred to as Africa.
Decendants of Japheth settled North and East...now known as Europe and Russia.
Decendants of Shem settled east, and far east, now known as India...China...and Mongolia...and even going farther because of the land bridge..scientific studies noticing the dna similiarities...to what is now known as the Americas.
Where the tribes first began...you find those with all three tribes and a mixture...Jesus had all three tribes within his dna...you can trace his entire lineage in the bible.
So...I am thinking that the wives of these sons...were rather different from one another.

Because it didn't flood in China. Btw, you DO know there was a global type flood that scientists have discovered, right? It didn't flood until the entire earth was covered, but it did flood everywhere.
