I have anger issues, I can go from zero to boiling mad in a matter of seconds.
It's affecting my work, love life (or lask of), social life (or lack of) and I don't seem to be able to stop.
I have a good heart, I genuinly care about people but when it hits the fan no-one is safe.
I get over it just as quickly as I got mad in the first place but it's pushing everyone away from me.
I don't want to be lonly anymore....

Well it just seems to me that you have a short fuse and maybe you can try counseling to learn how to control it.. I have anger issues too and i know how you feel.. One time i was so angry and fed up that i told my friend to take me to a field so i could scream at the top of my lungs to get it out... ya know? I mean there are all sorts of ways to control it that you may not know of but there are ways and answers you just need to find someone who could explain and help you get through it... I hope this helps... keep trying.

You need to find out what is making you so angry deep inside. You may have to go to counseling. I have an anger disorder that has taken me many years to control. I have worked through a lot of things that wouldn't make most people angry, but somehow, they made me angry to the point of wanting to strangle someone. I hope that you find the answers that you are seeking. Good luck and God Bless.

Best I can say is take deep breaths and count to 10. My friend Ian says a good idea is take 10 seconds before responding to something. This gives you a chance to think...

anger is an expression of fear. What are your fears. Mine are/were insecurity, being alone, being rejected, fear of failure and sucess.......Address these fears. Trust that they will not happen. I take my fears and give them to my higher power to deal with. Then I use faith that they will turn out just the way that they are supposesd to.
