no often, but when i do it hurts like a...lets just say it hurts and i make it bleed...uh glad i haven't done that in a while, and now watch me bite my tongue later in the day and think it was all because of this question! lol

If you're biting your tongue more than just (occasionally), you should make an appointment with an orthodontist to check out your jaw alignment.

I can't seem to remember doing it recently. Perhaps once a year or less.
I always bite my cheek though- I swear since I had to wear a head brace my jawline has been slightly wonky!
When I chew sweets fast I always bite it (cheek).
