Take the picture to a barber and let the barber cut your hair.

its called a ceasar. jsut tell the barber you want a caesar. a 2 on top 1 on the sides.. the barbers basically take a razor and set it to the two lowest level sand begin to take all your hair off.. 2nd to lowest on top..then lowest ont he side.. good luck
note if you tell them you want a line up they will just, shape your line aroun your head..not shave all your hair off

Print out the picture and take it to a salon or barber shop. tell them exactly what you want and show them the picture. good luck =)
