Yes they do, even the Barracks have AC.
Spent a couple of years there as Op-4. I loved it. But we only had one weekend off a month, it was a four day weekend though. That made it nice to drive home to LA or go to Vegas.

I actually dont know but I dont see why they wouldn't, they do at Ft. Polk, but I hear that their water heaters in Ft. Irwins housing suck, a guy told me that when he gets in the shower he has to have his wife turn on the faucet in the kitchen, just to get hot water.
