Alright, I've already asked folks on here what to do about my lie at MEPs. Well I'm not going to get into that again. Instead I'm going to tell it like this. I don't care whether the Navy finds out that i lied for not. I would rather serve honestly, than to serve dishonestly. But let's also get the record straight, I told my recruiters EVERYTHING, I NEVER intended to lie. That's why i told them everything, I'm a god-fearin, southern boy, I work hard and I don't care for lies or anything of the sort. But every recruiter insisted that I lie. Even my friend who is submariner in the Navy right now told me to lie, and I figured they must know something that i don't, like a military code or something, but oh well. I followed their advice and I have been scared ever since. I can't go to my recruiters, They already know everything, I need to know where to go if my recruiters don't want to change the fact that I lied. If the recruiters won't fix it, who can I go to next? I live in marietta, GA.

You will be asked again before you finish Basic Training if there is anything you think you need to tell them or explain.

If you lied about some medical condition which is considered to be disqualifying, it will be found out in boot camp and you will be sent home with a discharge. If it is was some problem with a criminal conviction you will be discharged as well.
If some recruiter really told you to lie, that fact has to be brought to the attention of his superiors in the Navy Recruting Command. The source below is for their web site and they have a "contact us" link on that site.
But, be very sure of what you are alleging happened. The Navy doesn't like to waste time and energy recruiting people who don't qualify in the first place. And they take a really dim view on liars, whether they are recruiters or recruits.

Here's what you do:

Go through training, and at some point you'll have a couple security interviews. At that point, tell them what you didn't tell MEPs. They understand that some recruiters are lazy and don't want to submit waivers.

Unless you're trying to get a clearance, your background check won't consist of a whole lot.
