He constantly barks when someone comes in the door. Weather it be a visitor or someone who lives in the house. He barks and barks. Any noise he hears, he barks. How can i make him stop?

Chihuahuas are known for this. They are little mini alarm bells. I am guessing you did not do much research before getting this breed!

Get your dog into a training program with a certified trainer. Sounds like you need to so some training NOW, at this age, to get this little guy under control. Please don't wait.
The trainer will help you to establish the right training methods (all positive reinforcement), and teach you how to become the top dog in a positive way. Please find a certified trainer.
Behavior problems in dogs usually don't come in ones. There are usually basic problems that contribute to and cause others.
Most owners, frankly, really don't have any idea how to properly train and human instincts on HOW to train dogs are often based on human experience rather than knowledge of how dogs think. Not your fault! We ALL had to learn!
Now is the time. Find a good certified trainer and begin.
And be SURE to neuter the boy right away. He is at a perfect age for this. It will also help with calming behaviors.

Spray with a bottle when bad. Praise when good. He will catch on.

train him when it is appropriate to bark

my chihuahua does that too, i think it is in their blood
