I would think so, seeing as Thanksgiving on Thursday is only a holiday in The United States. But if God is a US citizen... maybe.

God doesn't "work" in the sense that you're thinking - he doesn't show up in a suit and tie for employment. Rather, God is ubiquitous; a constant driving force. There is never a time God isn't "there" or "at work", if you want to call it that.

God always has to work.
He never gets time off. Humans are always messing up and needing guidance, God never gets a break.
So yes, He does.=]

Of course he does, he must keep people from killing one another at "Black Friday" sales. He also must answer the prayers of all those people who are saying, "Oh please God, if you just let me feel better I promise never to be such a glutton again". Busy, busy day for him.
