You apply like everyone else does no matter what your colour of your skin or where you are from.
England is one of the few countries that can not enter the green card lottery.

Nothing is wrong with any immigrant that is out there. Gold, black, brown, white or red. Not a thing.
Illegal aliens, on the other hand, have harmed our country rather well. A couple of web sites that will help you, and keep in mind, the illegal aliens deseprately want to be called .. immigrants.

All immigrants are welcome and all immigrants contribute regardless of heritage color etc.
The problem is illegal immigrants and what happens if you have people in your country illegally and unknown.
No visa's aren't all that easy to get. Especially from certain countries. But it is against the laws of every country to enter without one. That's a fact.

Criminal--One that has committed or been legally convicted of a crime. Working without authorization is a law violation, the commission of a crime.
Those who are against illegal aliens are not fussy. They are as much against illegal aliens from England, and there are plenty, as they are against illegal aliens from Latin America.
The country of Nigeria contributes tens of thousands of illegal aliens to the total of 20 million. So does China.
The Philippines accounts for tens of thousands of illegal aliens, so does Greece, the Czech Republic and Yemen.
Those against illegal aliens do not care what they look like. Race is not a factor. If you're working without permission, you're committing a crime. Therefore, you're a criminal by definition.

Nothing is wrong with ANY immigrant.
People just get upset over illegal immigrants (except for very few stupid people in this country who get upset about anyone coming here)
