i can feel my clothes becoming looser but my weight is still the same..!!!usually when i exercise less than dat i loose in da 2 weeks 1 lb

Muscle size? Well I gained some in about two or three weeks, not very noticeable though. After my first month all my muscles were harder and stronger, but there wasn't much visible size difference.

I think so, but not noticable. Your muscles will just start getting use to working and grow from there. It takes a few weeks just to prepare them to grow (not to mention the rest of your body ) and it will be a painful process. Your body should be loved and is worth working for.
