I've suffered with severe Psoriasis for over 40 years. Trust me, if you don't have it, you can *never* truly understand what it is to suffer with it. Yes, I've blamed God a few times over the years. But, I've never felt that he explicitly *gave* it to me. Instead, like the Apostle Paul, I've felt He has withheld His healing power for some specific reason unbeknownst to me. I do remind myself, all the time, that I could have worse problems. He blesses me in so many other ways -- including saving my life, twice, and saving me from having an amputated arm.

I know He has the power to heal me. I know He does not want me to suffer so. But it occasionally angers or depresses me that He won't heal me. At the same time, I keep reminding myself to just trust in His Plan -- whatever that might be.

It's not God's fault. I don't understand why people blame it on God. It is people who have taken God out of everything. They say they don't want God in their lives and deny Him and then wonder why all these things happen. They ask "where is your God?" Well I always answer with "you told Him to go away, that you didn't want Him, so He did as you wished".

People who do should read the story of Job. It says right in the Bible that suffering is not related to one's faith in God.

Human nature is to blame it on somebody other than oneself - to blame it on someone not 'here' in a physical sense to defend 'themselves' makes God an easily target.

Well, who else are you gonna blame? If God is indeed benevolent and omnipotent, he would surely be able to interfere and stop the natural disasters from happening. So why doesn't he?

Answer A:
Because he's an uncaring a-hole

Answer B:
Because he's a sadistic a-hole who likes to "test" people's faith through making them suffer.

Answer C:
Because he doesn't exist.

You pick which one is most likely.

I don't believe that suffering comes from God or the Devil, but then, I don't believe in either one.

Suffering is part of being human, and the best you can do about it is deal with it however you feel is best and move on with your life.

Not me, I don't believe in God. If I suffer I do something about it, not blame it on anyone or anything else. I am self responsible and don't do self pity.

my dad is in prison and he sent me this Christian article
about Job, amazing, I don't think this is a coincidence,
there's cause and effect and there's God,
both exist in this world and life,
no coincidences....I don't believe in coincidences,
cause and effect is like the cool wind the fan blows (cause)
the effect is me feeling cooler (effect),

this is to me is beyond my comprehension, outside
physiology "order", my dad wrote in a web link and hopefully you like it:

Why is it so easy to blame God?

You do realize all your suffering is from the devil.

Blame it on him.

The story of Job was that all of his suffering and horrible luck was caused by the devil as well.
