God is both inside and outside of yourself. When you are faced with a hard desion, the holy spirit, a part of the the holy trinity, is there to help guide you along the right path and give you insight on life. God is also everywhere around you. He comes in differnt forms. You might see a little piece of God in your good nieghbors, or in a friend who helped you through good and bad times. God is always there for you and will love you no matter what. Just pray to Him and he will answer. All you need to do is open your heart and you mind to Him. Accept Him into your life.

I already know God is inside me, but I also don't have to search too far to find God outside of myself since neighbors are everywhere.

In a way both!
because what happens is there is already an empty spot inside you that wants to be filled and how we tend to fill it is with secular things.....then hopefully sooner or later we realize that those things won't fill up that hole.
Only Gad can....but the way you do that is by reading your Bible, praying, or you can talk to a youth pastor at a church near by (but do choose the church with care so you don't get a wierd answer)
I hope this has helped you!
and you can ask me more questions about being a Christian if you like! and i will try my best t oanwer them.

I am not sure what you mean by inside or outside.
-we can see God's actions outside happening around us.
-we can see and understand his character from the Bible
-when one becomes a Christian God sends the holy spirit to live in the person, then I guess you could say you have God's spirit inside you. but you dont' really "search it"

I do not search for god anywhere. I have stopped playing his alleged game of hide and seek.
I have my life to live, and there is no time to search for gods. A more productive search would be for the remote control of the TV. I know the remote control exists.

I believe you have to first find God within yourself before you can truly recognize God outside of yourself.

The search ended at age sixteen. When I discovered the Bible god is a hoax, I said "Why not search for science instead?"

Definitely outside of myself!
Coming to grips with this is the most fundamental concept of your life!!
This is a very counter cultural concept in America where the air we breathe is existentialism -- meaning we determine for ourselves what Truth is and we determine if God exists at all.
God is our creator! He is completely self sufficient, and needs nothing from us.
The wondrous thing is that our Creator has chosen to make us the object of His unconditional love. He has also chosen to reveal Himself to us.

I do not have to look or search for God, I have to accept Him as my Saviour, which I am happy to say I have, and we have to feed ourselves of his holy word and follow Jesus' teachings. God is both inside and outside ourselves, we are His creation, and we are sorrounded by His creations and presence as well--
