It's heinous. I think it shows the lie that is our current administration. They don't care about good values, and they don't support our troops.

It's just paperwork, if your given a bonus, it's figured over your enlistment, don't finish, they compute the remainder back. Wrong, yes if you we're wounded, and can't finish. Another one is you get severance pay when discharged, if you file for VA disability, you have to pay that back..It's not so in the government sector, this is another thing in the system that needs fixing, hopefully they will be resolved with the re-vamping of the VA system.

Should have gotten the whole story. There was a problem in the Pentagon. They admitted it. They found it and it is being rectified. Those soldiers will be getting all of their enlistment pay that they were promised.

Nice spin moe. FYI that rag you're quoting is funny but not all that factual. The problem was bonus' are based on years of service and issued accordingly. The computer saw that these terms were incomplete and cut off remaining payments. It's fixed with absolutely nothing to do with the leftist rant you're spewing.

Would you believe this is a deliberate attempt to make the Dems look good?? They tell the Army to demand payback of their bonuses, then they make it look like they're the champions of the wounded soldiers and make sure they don't have to repay their bonuses.
Oh, this is a lie. the Dem would never do that. Then saying it's the Bush administration is a lie too.

Some papershuffling bureaucrat screwed up. That's all there is to it, except you want to use it as another slam at the Bush administration.

Wow, solder gets pay? I use silver bearing solder for my work but even though it costs more I didn't know it got pay. That's amazing.
