Yes, I used to live in Surfside. Its a gated community just north of Sunset Bch. Sometimes, giant navy ships come in to port next door and its fun to watch them. Theres a jetty on the north end that was great for fishing but now they don't let you out there. Cameron Diaz used to live there.

Yes, I couldn't even imagine how much it would cost to start a business off of the sunset strip.

It's a cute seaside town. LA access without the pretention. Very good beach to sun and play on.

Yes, its very nice, relaxing, and peaceful, I have a friend who lives there, and he compares it to living in a small town, he said you even pick your mail up at the post office.
