seasoned plain flour is just flour with salt and pepper in it. nice and easy!

It depends what I'm using it for as to what seasonings I put in but basically it's plain flour with salt and pepper added with a savoury recipe.
I often use garlic powder or flakes, chilli powder, mustard powder, ginger or dried herbs for savoury dishes. Nutmeg, ginger or ground almonds for sweet.

I add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a bit of cayenne, and some chili powder. It makes a great seasoned flour for deep fried fish.

Seasoned just means to add some salt and pepper into it. Nice and simple, just a pinch or two of both and mix it through.

SEASONED PLAIN FLOUR IS REGULAR ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, NOT SELF RISING, THAT IS SEASONED WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND OTHER SEASONINGS IF YOU WISH.
