I think that if you eat Chip Ahoy cookies and milk it does. The milk makes it all chocolaty, and creamy. YUM!!

depends on the cookies..I wouldnt dip peanutbutter, mint, cinnamon, etc, in milk..I just dont think it would go right.
Chocolate chip and oreos are a match made in heaven :)
