sick and vacation leave then took leave without pay. I am employed full time. Full time employees are paid for Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after. I didn't get paid for these days. Not to mention that there has been a lot of backstabbing and back biting since I've been out. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

ya i would probably leave if i were in that situation
but it also depends on your financial situation
if you are secure enough for a couple of months to find your self another job or get unemployment or other benefits then go for it

You normally wouldn't get paid for holidays while you are on leave - that depends on company policy, but that's the usual situation.
You might want to stick with the job you have until you get back to work for awhile, assuming that they'll hold your job for whatever leave you are taking. If you aren't able to work yet, doesn't sound like you'd be in shape to go job-hunting and interviewing.

Full time Jobs are hard to find, I would stick it out untill you have a equal employement. feel lucky you have a option. Good Luck!
